Gretchen L. Savary was born February 16th, 1971 in Hamlin NY to Randy and Kathleen Baase. She had 2 brother's, Zac, and Erich whom she loved very much. She attended St. John's Lutheran School as a child where she met her dear friend Tricia Nesbitt in Kindergarten. Tricia and Gretchen were always together growing up. They enjoyed playing Barbies, joined the cheerleading team together in the 4th grade and even joined the bowling team together for St. John's.
Gretchen went to Brockport High School where her joy of cheerleading continued. She worked at the local Big M in Hamlin in the deli department. Gretchen ALWAYS had a cat. She also always had her HELLO Kitty Items with her too.
After High School Gretchen went on to Bryant and Stratton. She studied the legal system and became a Paralegal. She has worked with Joseph Nesser, Alex Renzi, and Jerry Antetomaso. She married Sam at 23. They moved to Gates and shortly after that she had Jake at the age of 27.
Gretchen loved a good glass of red wine with chips and dip, crime novels, the Yankees, and True Crime TV. She was a hard worker, dedicated, knowledgeable, strong willed and forthright. She had a very tight nit circle of friends that she was very loyal to and always had time to listen to them. She was a supportive sister and a loving mother.
