She is survived by her four children: Stephen R. Giglio, Deborah A. Donals, Vincent S. Giglio and Lisa E. Giglio. She is also survived by her brother Charles Ferera, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Donations In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Services Please join us as we celebrate her life. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd) in Greece. Helen's funeral service will be on Friday at 9 AM also at the funeral home. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information She was born to the late Alexander and Eva Ferera, August 8, 1936, in Rochester, N.Y. She married the late Vincent Anthony Giglio in 1956, and was happily married for 40 years before his passing in 1996. In her early years, Helen was an active member of Holy Apostles/Holy Family Schools and Church and most recently volunteered at the Eagles Club Auxiliary #52. She enjoyed spending time with her family at the cottage, and she loved her dog, Jake. In her spare time, she was a Cub Scout den mother, liked to garden, enjoyed boating, shopping, ceramics, dolls, Christmas, and going to the casinos in Las Vegas. Her favorite way to relax was watching soap operas. Her family and friends would best describe her as loving family, putting others first, thoughtful, a loving mother, forgiving, humble, reliable, and patient. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and love her.
