Rochester: Isabel passed away after a short illness on October 8, 2013. Predeceased by her parents; sisters, Josephine (Tony) Arlauckas, Celia (Dick) Lallucci and Annie (Ronald) Orlando; her brothers, Paul (Antoinette) John (Margaret) Vacca. Survived by her sibling's children - her beloved nieces and nephews and their children. Her great nieces and nephews brought so much joy to her life. Also survived by many cousins and special friends, especially from Kodak and Lakewood Manor. Isabel was born August 22, 1929, to Camilla and Antonio Vacca. She worked at Eastman Kodak for 34 years and enjoyed her retirement. Aunt Is (as we fondly referred to her) was a second mother to all of her nieces and nephews and their children. Her fun-loving nature, generosity, and a smile that would light up the room will always be remembered. She never missed a special event with a card or her presence and a dish to pass. Isabel enjoyed traveling, cooking, socializing, and playing Quick draw with her dear friends. Isabel's visitation will be Friday 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Her funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 9:00 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Isabel's memory.
