Joan C. Quarfot

October 18, 2025, after illness, Joan went home to join her predeceased husband James. She is survived by her sister, Virginia Paris; niece, Karen (Tom) Tuori; children Gail VanAuker and Todd (Tina) VanAuker; grandchildren, Aaron, Joseph, David (Emily), and Michael VanAuker, and Keri (Jake) Wesley; great-grandchildren, Hazel and Jane, as well as the numerous relatives from James’ side of the family.

Joan loved her family and many friends. They were members of Hope Lutheran Church. During the winter, they would stay on Hilton Head Island.

Her love, caring, wit, and charm will be missed by those whose lives she touched.

Joan’s visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th from, 10-11 am, at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, 14626. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 11 am.
