Greece: September 28, 2013. Passed away peacefully at age 51. Predeceased by his mother, Catherine "Catie". Survived by his father, Joseph "Papa"; daughter, Erica; sister, Sue; his beloved Lisa; and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, loving friends. Johnny Mazz was a huge Vikings fan.
