Services John's visitation will be Monday 2-4 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 9:30 AM at St. Theodore's Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information John served in the Navy aboard the Ticonderoga in World War II. He was a member of the Gates Chili Fire Department for 19 years and a past Battalion Chief of Company #2. He worked as a machinist at Gleason. John's hobbies were fishing, card playing, completing puzzles, he enjoyed baking and a good martini. His enjoyment was his grandkids. The best way to describe John is that he was happy, pleasant and good natured. He enjoyed being home and eating sweets.
