Irondequoit: Passed on June 14, 1994. Survived by husband Ron J Markese, daughter, Kim (Jeffrey) Karr, son Ronald Markese Jr, mother Jeannie LaBue, brother-in-law Louis Markese, and sisters-in-law Linda Fedele and Jeannie Markese. Judy was a people person. There wasn't a person that didn't meet her, who didn't love her instantly. She was charismatic, friendly, and pure fun. She started her life in 1946 with her parents, Joseph and Jean and her sibling, Johanna. As a Rochester native, Judy attended Franklin High School. Eventually, she worked as an insurance agent, and later went on to graduate with her AA before deciding to work with her husband in his endeavors--Sunny's in Fairport, the Marquis Lounge in Greece, and Ron Markese Quality Used Cars. In high school, Judith met Ronald, and soon they were a couple. They married and started their own family, raising Kim and Ron, Jr. She and Ron took the family on many adventures - To Hawaii, Aruba, California, Las Vegas, and of course, the annual trip to Disney World. Judy enjoyed family, friends, cooking, and shopping. Sadly, at the young age of 46, life was cut short for her when lung cancer took her much too early. At her service, there wasn't an empty space or a dry eye. Her soul will always remain in the heart of her children. She was 24karot gold.
