Blowers, Lawrence Spencer Rochester: Born October 23, 1927, passed away October 19, 2013 at the age of 85. Larry is predeceased by his parents, Milton and Bessie Blowers; siblings, Ethelyn Reed, Vernon Blowers, Eldon Blowers, Lester Blowers, Lynette Riggs and by his son, David Blowers. He is survived by his loving wife, Leva; son, Stephen (Amy) Blowers, daughter Diane (Phil) Bogaczyk, son Richard (Julie) Blowers; granddaughters, Christina Blowers, Meghan Donaghue, Lauren Blowers, Sarah Blowers, grandson, Kevin Donaghue; siblings, Genevieve Graham, Louise (Everett) Campbell; sisters-in-law, Virginia (Lee) Roberts, Pat (Paul) Cook, Joan (Paul) Lloyd, many loving nieces & nephews. Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, & true friend to anyone he met. He will be remembered for his desire to meet and know as many people as he could, his delight in his family, and his love of music. Calling hours are 3-5 & 7-9 Wednesday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, Greece, NY. Larry's Memorial Service will be celebrated 11 AM on Thursday at Irondequoit Presbyterian Church, 2881 Culver Road, Irondequoit, NY. Donations may be sent to the Veterans Outreach in Larry's memory.
