Survived by his wife, Jane A. Luscher Biracree; children, Pamela (Joseph) Biracree-Accorso, Stephen (Theresa) Biracree; grandchildren, Jessica, Catherine, and Natalie Accorso; several nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends.
Len dedicated his life to his family, neighbors, and community, always placing their needs above his own. His generosity touched the lives of many. He enjoyed the outdoors and had many interests including bowling, cross country skiing, golfing, tennis, astronomy, gardening, and photography.

BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 and Long Pond Rd.). Visitation Sunday, February 8, 1-5 PM. Leonard's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, February 9,11:30 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church (3003 Dewey Ave.). Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Additional Information
Len was the son of Natalie H. Trynoski and William B. Biracree. He grew up on Scrantom St. in St. Michael's parish near Clinton Avenue and graduated from Franklin High School. He was a veteran of WWII where he served in Burma and Calcutta. In 1952, he graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and married Jane A. Luscher at Holy Rosary Church. He and Jane had two children, Pamela in 1959 and Stephen in 1962. He worked for Eastman Kodak Company for 47 years. Upon retirement in 1988, Len dedicated himself to community service. He volunteered at Greece Volunteer Ambulance, where he was an EMT and assisted in a variety of tasks including the coordination of fundraising. He also volunteered at the Latta Road Nursing Home; the Greece school district, teaching English as a second language to grammar school children; and was active with Our Mother of Sorrows and Cardinal Mooney's Men's Clubs.
