Greece: October 21, 2025. Leonard is predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Assunta Pavia; son, Marc Pavia; son-in-law, Joshua Larham; & brother-in-law, Francis Hozdic. He is survived by his loving companion of 15 years, Christina Oleksyn; children, Len Pavia & Janette (Eric Almeter) Larham; grandchildren, Natalie Pavia, Grant Almeter, & Alexandria Almeter; Eric’s children, Abbey Almeter & Morgan Almeter; sister, Joanne Hozdic; brother, Nicholas (Carolyn) Pavia; several nieces, nephews, cousins, & dear friends.

Leonard’s life story will be shared during his visitation at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.) Sunday, October 26th, 1-5 PM. Panachyda service Sunday, at 2PM. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated, Monday, October 27th, 10 AM at St. Josaphat’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, 940 E. Ridge Rd. Immediately following, Leonard will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
