Louie was born in Rochester, NY, February 24, 1955. His Parents Louis Luella made their home on Wood Rd. in Greece, NY. It was there that Louie grew up with his siblings, Greg, Richard, Linda, and Gary. During Louie's grade school years, he was known as a social butterfly. He looked forward to month long family road trips. In 3rd grade he received a report card written by Mrs. Betlem where she had commented, "Louie is the Junk king". During his very early years he had a stuffed monkey that he carried with him named Mr. Stubs. During his high school years, he enjoyed: roller skating, ice skating, dancing, fixing his bicycles, and talking on the phone.      Louie had one daughter, Crissandra, who he loved with all his heart. From day 1 he tried to give her all that he could. He had a stocked pond where Crissandra learned to fish, holiday parties to surround her with family and pets to keep her company. Louie had a strong love of animals. Growing up he had dog named King. He also had his favorite pet ducks, Hewey, Dewey and Louie. As an adult, his love of animals did not fade. He had Dogs (Smokey, Nika Ginger), cat (Pepper), bunnies when his nephew Kenny lived with him they also had a ferret named spunky. Though they showed their love uniquely all of Louie's siblings shared special moments, memories and times together. They were there to support each other in good times and bad. The day he became a dad was the best day of his life. When he had his house on ridge road it was the main hub for gatherings. He was proud of the fact that extended family and friends would join Louie at his home. As an adult Louie still enjoyed: dancing, boating, tinkering on random things, fixing just about anything and photography. He developed many beautiful photos in his own "dark room". His love of tinkering was only bettered when he could tinker with family or friends. Louie had an ability to turn a house into a home and he was most proud to share with his family and friends. Louie enjoyed a variety of musical genres. Early life he danced mostly to the "hits" of the time but grew to love enjoying local bands, especially 7th Heaven. He along with family and friends always looked forward to seeing 7th Heaven play locally. He was a fun, ambitious and was a very social person who just loved being around people. His sense of humor was evident in the constant jokes he would tell. He always looked forward to getting a laugh out of others.
