He is survived by daughters, Lucille Syracusa , Edwards, CO, Carol Neves, Hopewell Junction, NY, grandchildren, Mark Syracusa, Fairport, NY, Scott Syracusa, Fairport, NY, Kevin (Silvia) Neves, Fairfax, VA., Lauren (Geoffrey)Grzywinski, Farmington, CT., great grandchildren, Teresa, Stephanie, Mia and Tommy. He is also survived by a brother, Albert Serenati, Rochester, NY, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Marie (Lewis) Ditrinco, Michael (Norma) Bruni, MaryJane (John) Napolitano, Evelyn (Gene) Palermo, and Helen (PJ) Turrie; many nieces and nephews.

Bartolomeo Perotto Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) Rochester, NY where Louis' visitation will be on Monday, November 22nd from 4-8 PM. All are invited to attend Louis' Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 9:30 AM at St. Mark's Church (54 Kuhn Rd.) Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery
Additional Information
On April 24, 1930 he married Elvira (Vera) Bruni at St. Lucy's Church, Rochester, NY. They were married 79 years before Vera passed away on September 3, 2009.
Louis graduated from RIT in Rochester, NY in 1938. In 1940 he joined IBM in Rochester, NY working in the Typewriter Division. In 1944 he transferred to Poughkeepsie, NY where he worked in the Development Division. He retired from IBM with 31 years in 1971. While with IBM he was a member of the Second Generation Club, and The Quarter of a Century Club. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Millbrook, NY.
