History Hi I'm Mary Francese and I was born in Scranton, PA. I had five sisters and two brothers. My one living sister, Grace, is living in California and she is 94 years old. My twin sister Josephine has since passed away. My husband's name was Alphonse and we had three children, Mary Jo, Alan and Margaret and their spouses Leland, Margaret (deceased) and Scott. After I was married and had children I stayed at home. I did volunteer work such as cooking at Saint Lucy's convent, chairing various church committees. I also worked weekly BINGO at Saint Lucy's and at Guardian Angels church for many years. My hobbies included knitting and crocheting. I did lots of handiwork like needle point and embroidery. I was an avid reader of mystery novels and I collected statues of the Virgin Mary. My church and my family are very important to me. I was a pleasant lady and enjoy being pampered and being the center of attention.
