IRONDEQUOIT - Passed away on January 25, 2022. Predeceased by husband Thomas James McAvoy; parents Jeanie and Foster Sweeting; brother James J. Sweeting. She is survived by nieces Lori (Jamie) Frederick and Jeanie Brigandi; nephews Daniel Sweeting and James F. Sweeting; sister-in-law Theresa Sweeting; cousins James (Barb) Stewart, Barb (Terry) Krug, and William Stewart Jr. Mary June retired from Kodak after 40 years and spent 20 years working at WXXI. Interment will be held privately.
