History He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa A. Adduci Leach; parents, Michael and Linda Leach; siblings, Colleen Dittman, Mark (Mary) Leach; grandparents, Delmar and Mary Leach; nephews, Jacob and William Dittman and Cole Leach (Godson); mother in-law and father in-law, Valerie and Jerome Adduci; sister in-law, Kristen (Tyler) Wallis; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends; dog, Leyna. Services Matt's visitation will be Tuesday 6-9PM and Wednesday 2-4 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd.) His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Matt was loved by those who knew him. He made many friends in his life. None were closer to him than his brothers in the Punishers Motorcycle Club. Matt enjoyed a great many different things in his life. His three passions were Physical fitness, riding his motorcycle and his beloved dog Leyna. Matt led an active life with many pursuits but nothing compared to his love for his wife, Theresa. Matt's love of physical fitness is evident in how he cared for his own body. Matt enjoyed playing football, boxing and wrestling. The latter found him coaching wrestling in the Greece Athena, Pittsford and Brockport School Districts. Matt was easy going, reserved, patient, compassionate, physically as well as mentally strong, romantic and he always had a sense of humor. Matt enjoyed Hard Rock and Country Music. He worked as a Security Guard for RDG Security. He was loved and will be missed by many.
