Millie was predeceased by her parents James and Sadie Pelkey. Brothers Edwin (Skip) Pelkey, James (Lee) Pelkey, Walter (Lorraine) Pelkey, Robert (Doris) Pelkey, and sister Dorothy (Raymond) Grosshans.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Chester. Children Cheryl (Rick) Rozzi and CJ (Jennifer; Paul Sofinski) Villa. Grandchildren Michael Villa, Alana Rozzi, and Lauren (Matt) Fiore. Several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

Millie’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 25th at 10 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church located at 534 Oxford St. (at Monroe Ave) Rochester, NY.

A private family burial will immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Millie, known as “Mitzie” to her beloved family, was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Family was the center of her world. She enjoyed celebrating every milestone and never missed an opportunity to be present to celebrate the ones she loved. She believed every occasion was an opportunity to create beautiful memories. Whether it was an annual birthday song phone call, Sunday sauce, or Christmas Bingo, she adored family traditions. She will be forever missed by all who knew and loved her.
