Nicholas V. Terrigino
Passed away peacefully at the age of 94. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 66½ years, Rose Marie “Rosette” (Maggiulli) Terrigino, and his son, Nicholas M. Terrigino.
He is survived by his devoted sons and daughters-in-law, Richard (Shawna) Terrigino, David (Sarah) Terrigino, and Steven (Annette) Terrigino, as well as several cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, of whom he was immensely proud.
Nick worked for many years as a chemical technician at Eastman Kodak Company in the Synthetic Chemical Division. He was also a proud veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1951 to 1955 aboard the aircraft carrier USS Monterey (CVL-26).
An avid reader and remarkable trivia buff, Nick could seemingly clear a Jeopardy! board each night. A man of deep faith, he volunteered for many years at St. Anthony of Padua Church, serving in numerous roles-from usher to calling bingo every Thursday evening.
Nick was a devoted husband and father who worked tirelessly to raise his four sons and provide for his family. His cheshire smile, enduring tenacity, and spirited nature will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate caregivers at Edna Tina Wilson Living Center for the meticulous care and kindness shown to Nick.
Services were held at the convenience of the family. Interment took place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made in Nicholas Terrigino’s memory to the Edna Tina Wilson Living Center Fund, c/o Lisa Richards, 700 Island Cottage Road, Rochester, NY 14612.
