Pamela S. Falleti
Webster: Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday March 21, 2021 at the age of 55 after a very courageous 7 year battle with cancer. Pam was born in Geneva, NY February 27, 1966. She was raised in Dewittville, NY, where she always enjoyed the privilege and serenity of Chautauqua Lake. Pam graduated from Mayville Central School in 1984. She attended Genesee Community College in Batavia where her career path eventually led her to The University of Rochester. She was promoted several times until she eventually co-founded X-Med, Inc. with her husband.
Pam enjoyed spending time with her family and countless friends. Through humility and kindness, she was able to reach out and touch many lives. Pam had the biggest heart and couldn't do enough for everyone. Pam was the only person who would give gifts to others on her own birthday!
Although she was taken away from us way too soon. Through the medical efforts and guidance of Dr. Marcus Noel, who helped prolong her life, gave her more time with her family than originally expected. We are forever grateful to him for his incredible gift!
Pam is survived by her devoted husband of 25 years, Anthony J. Falleti; daughter, Arieal (Devin) Cook; son, Anthony R. Falleti; her beloved parents, Roger & Sue Klossner; brother, Roger II (Anastasia) Klossner and their son, Brendan; many other nieces and nephews who adored her.
