Krenzer (77) of Rochester, NY and Bradenton, FL died unexpectedly on August 8, 2012, at his lake home in Hilton. Dick is survived by his wife of 58 years, Gerry and his four children, Leslie (Todd) Welty of Walnut Creek, CA, Rick (Nom) Krenzer of Laos, Amy Krenzer of Montclair, NJ and Lynn (David) Wilber of Syracuse, NY. His grandchildren are Tim and Matt Welty, Brian and Molly Wilber, and Max Collazo. Dick is also survived by his brother Ted (Nancy) Krenzer and his sister Virginia Lockridge. He is predeceased by his siblings, Theresa Elzenga, Lucille Foos, and Robert Krenzer. Donations In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Hilton Fire Department, 120 Old Hojack Lane, Hilton, NY 14468. Services A funeral mass will be Tuesday, August 21st, 12 PM at St. Mark's Church, 54 Kuhn Rd. in Greece, NY. Additional Information Dick was born in Henrietta, New York where he spent his childhood and raised his family. He graduated from Aquinas Institute in 1952 and married Geraldine Lewis in 1954. He farmed for many years before his career at RGE, where he worked for over 35 years. Dick and Gerry retired part-time to Bradenton, Florida in 1994 but always returned to the Rochester area in the summers to spend time with family and friends. He was a devout Catholic and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in both Rochester and Bradenton. He loved gardening, kayaking, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and his dog, Suzy. Dick was always busy whether he was working around the house or headed to the gym. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
