Moll, Richard CAPE VINCENT/ ROCHESTER - Born March 23rd, 1940, died June 30, 2019 award-winning carver, Formula Vee racer, and fine dining restaurateur Richard E. Moll was known for his love of family, racing, art, and music--particularly jazz and opera. Charismatic, curious, and open-minded, Moll garnered a large following of loyal customers upon opening his first restaurant in Rochester at the age of 30, Dick Moll's. He is survived by his wife Rosalyn Moll, son Rick Moll, grandchildren Matthew (Rachelle) Abernathy and Ian Abernathy, brother Mike (Ellie) Moll, and many other loving family and friends. Richard's life story will be shared during his visitation, Thursday, July 11th, 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.). In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to American Cancer Society, Memorial Processing Center, 6725 Lyons St., PO Box 7, East Syracuse, NY 13057 in Richard's memory.
