Giuliano, Rita L. (Manzo) "Pat's Coffee Shop" Greece: Rita passed away peacefully, November 19, 2017 at the age of 89. Rita is predeceased by her parents Joseph Mary Manzo; husband Pasquale "Pat" Giuliano. Rita is survived by her children Mary Lou Giuliano Patrick (Tallie) Giuliano; grandchildren, Pasquale Giuliano Elizabeth Giuliano; brother Joe (Carol) Manzo; brother-in-law Anthony "Nippy" (Bev) Giuliano; sisters-in-law, Lilly Giuliano, Stella Giuliano Rose Mary Marcello; several nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Parkway, followed by her burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Rita was born September 9, 1928 in Rochester NY to her loving parents Joseph Ernestine Manzo. She graduated from Madison High School. While attending Madison she became a licensed hairdresser. Rita had been babysitting the children of Andrew Padulo, simultaneously Pasquale Giuliano had been working as a milkman for Andy at Jefferson Dairy. Andy introduced Pat Rita and their love affair began. The two were married at St. Lucy's Church and went on to having two children of their own Mary Lou Patrick. Pat Rita made the Jones park area their home. They lived there, became lifelong parishoners of St. Anthony's Church and owned and operated Pat's Coffee Shop across from Jefferson High School. Rita was responsible for taking care of the business end of the happeneings for the coffee shop. She took the customers orders and filled in on the grill as needed. Her devotion to her family was unmatched. She never said no to the one's she loved. Her generous, caring and selfless attitude always put others first. Rita truly enjoyed the simple things in life. She was most happy with a cup of coffee in hand day or night spending time with family and friends. She was most happy when she was planning family get togethers, cooking socializing, especially on Christmas Eve. She enjoyed bowling, playing the piano, classical music, watching TV shows, esepcially Soap Opera's. Rita's independent, strong willed feisty personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
