Robert L. Snyder

Greece: Passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 90. Robert was born September 3, 1934 in Albion, NY. He is predeceased by his daughter, Marcia Gay, parents Frank & Ruth Snyder; brother, Warren Snyder. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Norma Snyder; daughter, Sandy Clark; grandchildren, Emily (Brian) Mooney & their son, Wyatt, Sierra (Harrison Potts) Gay, Abbey (Tyler) Johnson & Jaime Gay; several nephews, niece, cousins and dear friends.

Robert was a retired Professor Emeritus from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he taught for 35 years. He was also an active volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House.

Robert’s life story will be shared during visitation from 2:00-4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 3rd at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. His memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm.
