Roberta A. Bilski Bobbie was born in Buffalo, NY on March 8, 1932 to parents, Bernard Lena Feneziani. She was one of six children, Daniel, David, Donald, Angeline Mary Ann. Bobbie died, November 15, 2017. She was formerly of Elma NY. Bobbie is predeceased by her husband Raymond Bilski; brother Daniel Feneziani. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Ann Bilski Lynn Marie (Robert) Bilski-Spurr; grandchildren, Ian Spurr Morgan Spurr; step-granddaughter, Trisha Spurr; step-great-grandson, Taylor Spurr; siblings, Angeline Shaffer, David (Janet) Feneziani, Donald Feneziani Mary Ann (Colin) Davis; several nieces nephews; four legged friend Febe. Bobbie was a retiree of and deemed the voice of MOOG Inc. She was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary to Post 4658 in Greece, NY and a former member of Post 5861, in Elma, NY. She served as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Vincent DePaul Church in Springbrook, NY. Bobbie's visitation will be Saturday, December 2nd, 1-5 PM at the Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.). Bobbie's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, December 9th, 11 AM at St. Vincent DePaul Church, 6441 Seneca St., Springbrook, NY 14140, followed by her Interment in Union Cemetery in Elma NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to University of Rochester, C/O Memory Care, 300 E. River Rd., PO Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627 in her memory. During her high school years while attending West Seneca HS Bobbie was a cheerleader. She began working early on as a waitress and on the grill at Dubell's in Gardenville. One chance day while crossing the street began a love affair that would last a lifetime. On that fateful day Raymond Bilski saw Bobbie and said "I am going to marry you" Bobbies eye was caught as was Ray's. Ray Bobbie were eventually married at Fourteen Holy Helpers church and the two went on to have two daughters, Cheryl Ann Lynn Marie. Bobbie's family meant the world to her. Christmas Easter were her favorite time of the year to spend with family. She was a big kid at heart and playing with and spending time supporting her grandkids gave her much joy. In her spare time Bobbie enjoyed: sewing, quilting cooking and bowling. She enjoyed making quilts for her family. Her sewing talents found her making tea towels for the church craft fair. Bobbie could cook most anything and enjoyed sharing her cooking talents with family especially, her famous soups. For many years she was a member of a bowling league with friends. Bobbie was very social. She had an array of friends. In recent years she was quick to jump in the car with her daughters and share fun times spent with their friends. Bobbie was very smart, she was not easily fooled. One of her favorite sayings was "be dumb like a fox." Her music taste included Swing, Polka, and Neil Diamond. She will be remembered for being: feisty, loving caring, intelligent, matriarchal, honest, out spoken, having a sense of humor.
