Rochester- Passed away at age 26. Rodrick is predeceased by his uncle, Erik J. Kennedy and grandmother, Maria D. Ortiz. He is survived by his parents, Rodrick Sr. and Teresa (Guzman) Kennedy; brother, Walter (Jennifer) Romero; sister, Idaliz (Daniel) Sostre; grandparents, Lillian K. Slaughter, Lou Perry Slaughter; uncle, Earl Slaughter; nieces nephews, Israel Romero, Maragarita Romero, Christian Romero, Walter Romero, Jr., Sophia Romero, Juan Romero, Joel Correa Amaris Sostre; numerous aunts, uncles cousins.
As per NYS regulations, all guests are required to wear face masks and hand sanitize upon arrival for all services.
Rodrick's family will receive friends Wednesday, September, 2nd, from 4-8 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, Rochester, 14626 (Between Rt 390 Long Pond Road), Click here to reserve your visitation time with Rodrick's family
His funeral service will be held Thursday, September 3rd, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment in Riverside Cemetery to follow.

Rodrick Daniel Kennedy Jr., born on October 1st, 1993 in Rochester, NY, was the youngest of 3 children to Rodrick D. Kennedy Sr. and Teresa (Guzman) Kennedy. As a baby, Danny was very affectionate, loved to laugh and would give tons of kisses to everyone. Danny was on the move and ready to take on the world at an early age. He started crawling at 7 months then by 9 months he was walking.
As a teenager Danny had several passions in his life. He played High School football and lacrosse for Webster Schroeder. He would go on to graduate from Webster in 2012 with a High School Diploma. Danny loved music, dancing and hanging out with his friends. He was always the life of the party, making everyone laugh, and have a great time. One of his favorite things to do was to spend time with his nephews and cousins as often as he could.
After High School Danny went on to make his passion for cars his career, earning several certificate's in the auto parts field. When he was not working, Danny enjoyed working out. He also enjoyed traveling. Danny visited several places in his young life. He visited many East Coast States, Puerto Rico, and New York City.
