Nicoletti, Russell J. Rochester: March 9, 2016, at the age of 92. He is predeceased by his parents, Teresa Sam Nicoletti; niece, Renee Nicoletti. Survived by his brothers, Carl (Betty) of MO John (Louise) Nicoletti; nieces nephews, John Nicoletti Jr, Jackie (David Paul) Holtzman, David (Jennifer) Nicoletti; aunt, Mary Pernace; great-nieces, Lauren Teresa Nicoletti. Russell's visitation will be held 3-5 PM on Sunday, March 13th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. His funeral service will be celebrated 10:00 am on Monday at the funeral home. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be sent to the Visiting Nurse Service, 2180 Empire Blvd, Webster, NY 14580 in Russell's memory. From a young age, it became apparent that Russell was a deep thinker and quite inquisitive. He served his country in the Army, he was one of the many soldiers whom stormed the beaches of Normandy during WWII. Russell would later work as a Television Technician. During his entire life, he would tinker with electronics and later on computers. His family recalls him as very smart and always thirsting form more information on many subjects. This brought him to reading many books and lifelong learning. Investing in the stock market and discussing science were also hobbies that he took pleasure in. Russell was very generous and was always willing to help others, that caring spirit will be missed by his family and friends.
