Survived by Survived by her husband best friend Bruce Sunderville, beloved children Krista, Matthew Alyssa (Michael Ulmer) Fico; step-sons Brian Tyler Sunderville; brother Gary (Donna) Monti; sisters-in-law brothers-in-law David Bonnie Sunderville, Donna Robert Taylor; nieces Angelina Monti Taryn Sunderville; nephews Samuel Dalton Monti, Nate, Zachary Adam Sunderville; maternal aunt uncle (Godparents) Rita Anthony DiJohn; paternal aunts uncle Evelyn Monti, Helen Monti, Renata Cursi Donald Mannara; many cousins, especially Margaret DiJohn; father-in-law mother-in-law Donald Lorie Sunderville. Sharon leaves many dear friends whom she will always cherish, "keep the memories going"... History Sharon loved her family and always put them first. She instilled many family traditions that her children and grandchildren look forward to today. She was a great role model, mother and always said "I love you." Sharon could best be described as unselfish, giving, determined courageous. During her illness she possessed an uncanny strength despite the limitations she encountered daily. Sharon enjoyed traveling, her personality was such that she seemed to need a vacation after going on vacation. Her iteneraries were legendary as she was constantly on the go. Sharon especially enjoyed vacationing in Cape Cod and Disney World. Her family remarked "that Sharon could serve as a tour guide at Disney World." Sharon was a great entertainer and a wonderful cook. She enjoyed collecting: antiques, bears, disney characters and many other things. Sharon liked to watch the Soap Opera`s especially, Knots Landing and Ryan`s Hope. Sharon enjoyed sending Hallmark Cards to everyone, her crafty side lent itself to the exhaustive process of finding just the right one. Sharon loved Hagen Daas Ice Cream, she could identify the name of most all flavors with just one taste. Sharon was always well dressed and her outfits were extremely well coordinated. Lastly, is Sharon`s love of her dog Chewie, you could not see one without the other around the house. Donations In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to McQuaid Jesuit High School, Nazareth Academy, Our Lady of Mercy H.S. or the American Cancer Society. Services BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home Inc, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 Long Pond Rd) Visitation Sunday, May 7th, 1PM until 5PM. Sharon's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, May 8th, 11:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 15 St. Mary's Place. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Additional Information Sharon worked as a Team Leader at Genesee Hospital.
