Mexico, NY: Sherry Breslawski (Dixon) was born on 3-21-70, and after a courageous battle with cancer was taken into the hands of the Lord on 8-4-08. Beloved wife of Jay Breslawski; mother of Tyler and Lisabeth Breslawski; step-mother of Daniel Breslawski; Sherry is also survived by her parents, Laura and Theodore Dixon (Stewart); her siblings and their spouses, Ann Smith , Patricia and Daniel Gibaud, Doug and Valarie Dixon; Sherry will also be missed by her mother and father-in-law, Daniel and Nancy Breslawski; sisters and brothers in law, Lynne Breslawski (deceased), Sharon and Fred Howarth, Karen and Phillps Greene, Terry and Delores Breslawski, Donna and Kirk Foley, Steven and Kim Breslawski, Christine and Steven Skubis, Gwyn Breslawski, and David and Jillayne Breslawski; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors will always hold Sherry in their hearts.
History
Sherry graduated from Irondequoit High School in 1988. She was an Office Supervisor at Home Depot. Her husband and her children were her world. She loved every moment spent with them and her family and friends. She enjoyed keeping stats at football games, quilting and making blankets. She was active in youth soccer and baseball. She was a big advocate for children in the Mexico School District. Sherry fought her battle with cancer very hard and was a "support sister" for other cancer patients. She left her mark on everyone she touched and she will never be forgotten!

Services
BARTOLOMEO PEROTTO Funeral Home, Inc. 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd.) where Sherry's Visitation will be on Friday August 8, 2008 2-4 7-9. Friends and family are invited to attend prayers at the Funeral Home on Saturday at 9:00 AM and Sherry's Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church (4536 St. Paul Blvd.). Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
