Batavia. Survived by parents, Leo P. Fort Jr Leslie (Bob Dickerson) Bansbach; fiance, Eric Duda; son, Michael Duda; brother, Leo Forte III; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Summer's visitation will be Monday from 3-6 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Private interment.
