Tuffo, Susan Posch (Hurlbut) Churchville: Formerly of Buffalo. Passed away on May 10, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 55 with her family at her side. Predeceased by her father, Roger Dean Hurlbut brother, Roger Dean Hurlbut Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, Louis S. Tuffo; children Nicole (Herbert) Bond and Gregory Posch; grandchildren, Jaden, Sean, Allison Morgan; her mother, Joan Sarow; siblings, Edith (Michael) Malpica, Cindy (Paul) Goodwin, Christopher (Linda) Hurlbut; sister-in-law, Bernadette (Dwight) Dengler; many nieces, nephews friends. Susan was employed by the State of New York Worker's Compensation Board and after 29 years retired as a senior claims examiner trainer. She enjoyed playing the viola where she took lessons at the Hochstein School of Music. She also liked to dance and sing wherever she went. Susan was a devoted mother, wife grandmother. Our family would like to express our appreciation to Sue's fellow employees, friends and family during this difficult time. Susan's visitation will be held 2-4 7-9 on Friday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10AM on Saturday at St. Christopher Church, 3350 Union St. Interment in Creekside Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted.
