Survived by her mother, Tuni Graham; brothers, Justin Graham; fiancé Mike Holler; children, Colin, Taylor, Maison (Ashley), Chase, Damien & Lindsey; eight grandchildren; several aunts, uncles & cousins. Tara's visitation will be held 4-7 PM on Sunday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln (between Rte 390 & Long Pond Rd). Her graveside service will be celebrated 11AM on Monday at Webster Rural Cemetery, 1087 East Ridge Rd.
