Theresa Marie (Maier) Brongo Spencerport: May 4, 1936 - May 10, 2019. Our mother passed away peacefully with her children by her side. Theresa is predeceased by her parents, Raymond J Edna B. Maier; her siblings, Dorothy Ciaccia, Margaret Foster, John Maier, Mary Putney Henry Maier; her daughters-in-law, Kimberly A. Brongo Kim Brongo. She is survived by her loving children, Louis (Angela) Brongo, Kenneth (Laurie) Brongo, Stephen (Lois) Brongo, Donna Brongo, Leonard (Lilliana) Brongo, Donald (Charlene) Brongo, Diane (Steven) Joerger Kevin (Kelly) Brongo; father of her children, Louis (AnnaMarie) Brongo; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Downey; 23 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren; brothers sisters, Virginia Maurer, Charles (Carol) Maier, Francis (Joanne) Maier, Donald Maier Laurie Hamilton. Our "Mother Theresa" was a loving devoted mother and grandmother. Her strength, dedication and the love for her family and friends will be our most cherished memories. Theresa's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Hilton East for their compassionate care, as well as her special friends, Donna Ann. Calling Hours will be Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, Rochester NY 14626. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am on Thursday, May 16 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha Street in Spencerport. Interment will be held privately for her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Alzheimers Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620 in Theresa's memory.
