O'Connell, Timothy John Brighton: Timothy J, son of Terry Janet died on February 13, 2016, at the age of 70. Left to cherish his memory are spouse, James Graves, pup, Myles; siblings Anne O'Connell Kryger, Michael (Laurie) O'Connell, Ellen O'Connell (2005) baby Angela (1952); nieces nephews, Stacie Kryger, Shane (Michelle) O'Connell, Susan Ogrodowski, Terrence, Megan Mary Cave; many great-nieces great-nephews. Tim's legacy will live on through many wonderful lifelong friends considered as family. He retired from the City of Rochester after many years of dedicated service. He was passionate about his research of the city's historical maps, records and architecture. Tim served on the board of the Highland Park Conservancy and was recently elected president. His love of history made him a respected expert on Highland Park Mt. Hope Cemetery where he often conducted tours or gave lectures. He was also considered to be a local expert in the work of Frederick Law Olmsted. Friends are invited to join James and family in a celebration of Tim's life and accomplishments on February 27th from 1-5 pm at Tim and James' "party central" at 2105 Elmwood Ave. 14618 (open house style).
