May 28, 2015. Predeceased by his loving parents, Delores Dunbar and Moses Peacock. Survived by 3 beautiful daughters, Lonntay (Alphonse) Barber, LaToya Dunbar, and LaTasha Dunbar; 1 jarhead stepson, Linell (Samyra) Dunbar; 2 amazing granddaughters ,Alana and Alyssa Barber; 4 beloved siblings, Cyrell (Robert) Moten, Rosetta Peacock, Alonzo Dunbar, and Tyrell Dunbar; many nieces and nephews. Zachary was loved and respected by numerous family and friends. He was a member of the Marines and a proud State Trooper. Visitation is Thursday, June 4, 2-4 7-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between 390 Long Pond Rd). Zachary's funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 11:30 AM at the Greece Assembly of God Church, 750 Long Pond Rd., Rochester. Interment Riverside Cemetery. Special thanks to the amazing staff on the Palliative floor at Strong Memorial Hospital. Zachary was born in Florida and raised in Rochester, NY. He went to Benjamin Franklin High School where he played football and was on the track team. After High School he joined the Marines and served for four years. After the Marines he joined the NYS Police and served for 24 years. Zachary started a coffee shop called, Maui Wowi Coffees Smoothies, better known Zbd SoulFul_ in Cary, NC. Zachary loved holidays where he could barbeque for his family. He enjoyed going on big vacations with his family. He enjoyed collecting coins, bowling, home shopping networking purchases. He enjoyed watching western movies and playing softball with the NY Troopers. Some o f Zachary's favorite teams were the NY Giants, NY Knicks, and NY Yankees. Zachary was a strong leader and compassionate family man. He was the family " Go to Man." He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
