ROCHESTER – Passed away at age 56. He is predeceased by his father, William Rodwell; his brother, Michael Rodwell; and stepfather, Robert Smith; He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Rodwell; children, Tanner Rodwell, Tiana Rodwell, Jillian Sanchez, Jennifer Sanchez, Joshua Sanchez, and Megan Torrance; mother, Sheila Smith;12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Terry Anderson, William Rodwell, Kelvin (Sarah) Rodwell, Alexis Rambo, Portland Smith, Wesley Smith, Paula Smith, Christopher Smith; sister-in-law, Danielle Shulenburg.
Antonio was a dedicated family man. He attended school in Penfield and later went on to Monroe Community College. Antonio proudly served in the Rochester Police Department for 30 years before retiring in 2022. Outside of his career, he had a deep love for the water, spending many hours fishing, and enjoyed traveling on cruises. Antonio’s greatest passion was playing the drums, a hobby that brought him joy throughout his life. Above all, he adored his family, always putting them first. Antonio was called home by God on February 18, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and service.
Antonio’s funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th at 11 AM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, 14626.
