Ashley is survived by her adoring parents, Wendy (Caswell) Christopher Nagel; maternal grandparents, Joyce Caswell, Dwight (Nancy) Caswell; paternal grandparents, Eugene (Anita) Nagel; aunts, Lynn Caswell Gina (Michael) Pesce; several great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins dear friends. Ashley's visitation will be Thursday 2-4 7-9 PM at the Funeral Home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 Long Pond Rd.). Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday 3 PM at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Ave., followed by her interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CURE, 200 Westfall Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 or to Camp Good Days Special Times, 1332 Pittsford-Mendon Rd., Mendon, NY 14506 in Ashley's memory. Ashley was born November 23, 2008 in Rochester, NY. She attended preschool at Holy Cross and loved it. She had a dog named Bear. She always enjoyed camping, Disney and World X4. Some of her activities included dancing, singing, karaoke, doing crafts, playing outdoors and spending time with friends. Some of Ashley's favorite things included the color purple, her Princess Belle dolls and everything Disney that was Belle-themed, she liked watching TV, Max Ruby, and Olivia. Family and friends would best describe Ashley as always laughing, having a sense of humor, always smiling, a child who was busy, giving, thoughtful, sweet, courageous, independent, social, well-liked, and never complaining. Ashley made friends very easily and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
