I have such fond memories of Uncle Bart. We visited our northern families regularly and had wonderful picnics on both sides. I will always remember that beautiful smile and laugh. Mom was so happy that there was another Italian like her in our family and born in the same town.
We love you Aunt Sandi and are thinking of you!
Sandi, So very sorry to hear of Bart’s passing. He was such a great person. Always a smile for everyone and had a great sense of humor. I have fond memories of him during our high school years and was so pleased to hear that the two of you married.
Please accept my deepest sympathy on your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I will miss Uncle Bart more than words can express. I still hear his laugh and witty humor, can still taste his amazing pasta, and will always cherish the conversations I remember having with him when we visited. Those times will always be treasured. Hugs to the rest of the family. Praying for you all in this time. Love you all.
Bev and I had the good fortune to meet Bart and Sandi in 1966 when they moved to Rochester and Bart worked in the same part of IRS I did. We became friends and enjoyed friendly sports competition. Several years later we both transferred to the Intelligence Division, where Bev was a secretary, and Bart and I went to Washington, D.C. for some extensive training. Bart always managed to find some softball or tag football game we had to get to somewhere in the D.C. Metro Area. We then enjoyed working in the same group in Rochester until Bev & I moved to Atlanta in 1975. Fortunately we still stayed in contact and I would hear from the proud father, and then Grandfather, about how the ever expanding Mandarano Family was doing. Months, and sometimes a year or so might pass, but as soon as I heard Bart’s upbeat voice, it was like we had just visited a short time age. Rest my good friend.

I feel so fortunate to have been able to spend time with Bart and Sandi with my mother in Florida. My mother, Roberta, was Sandi’s cousin. She adored spending time with Bart and Sandi. She loved their sense of humor and appreciated their kindness and love.
Bart was one of a kind, and will be missed by so many.
I am so sorry for your loss, Sandi.
Sending love, Stepphanie
Bart was my first cousin, and an ABSOLUTE joy to be around. When I was a child and extended family would gather, I would always try to sit next to him. (“Big Bart and little Bart”) As the years progressed, I grew to 6’2″ and we would laugh about how we exchanged the “title”. I loved and will miss my cousin dearly!
Uncle Bart was always so much fun to be around! He added much life to our Bond family! He was a very kindhearted person and will be missed very much! We’re praying for the rest of the family in this difficult time, for comfort and peace from the Lord, the Prince of Peace and God of all comfort.
