Bertha Altamura ROCHESTER - Passed away peacefully on April 17, 2020 in her 102nd year. Predeceased by her husband Carl; son Ron; son in law Jerry Madalena; grandson Chuckie. Bertha was beloved mother to her children; Sally Madalena of Florida, Carl (Sandy) of Massachusetts Judie (Rich) Vleck; beloved mother in law to Susan Altamura of California; adored by her 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 16 great great grandchildren; many nieces nephews. She truly was the heart of her family. Her kindness, caring and strength was a gift that she has given to us during her lifetime. Services and Entombment were held privately. Memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice in memory of Bertha. A celebration of Bertha's life is planned for Saturday morning July 31, 2021.
