The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips

  2. Romana Mattioli Relation to Deceased: Friend Brian, You will remain forever in our hearts; you, Cookie and Frankie were (& are) like our younger brothers and sister. There is a family bond that time and distance does not destroy. Your passing has left a hurt & sadness that hopefully your wonderful memories will overshadow. May you rest in peace and I hope that you are partying & catching up with all the loved ones who have gone before us.

  3. Laney Shapiro Relation to Deceased: Friend Brian, I have often thought of you over the years and have always wished you happiness. I see that you had many people who loved you and who will miss you. I will too. Laney The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. 4. Joe Mattioli Relation to Deceased: Friend My heart felt condolences I can’t imagine the loss of such a wonderful human being. Brian will always be a part of my family and my life. He will always be remembered with smiles and the fondest of memories. He was a good man and an example of somone who could do his best. I will miss him dearly and always have a place in my heart for him and his family. God bless you Brian and your family. This is really a great loss to the people who knew Brian May God give your family strength and courage through these hard times I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker

  5. Jim Bennett Relation to Deceased: Family Friend How do you pick one memory from so many? I’ve known Brian most of my life. He was my riding partner for 25+ years. He was my brother. I loved him. I miss him. Tony, Corinne, Franky, Sarah, Kristin and Karen, I am very sorry.

  6. Diana Roberts Relation to Deceased: Friend To Brian’s family, I want to say he was a fellow American Legion Rider and will be missed. May the family and his companion Karen Myers find comfort in focusing on all the memories. The celebration of life, shared in the beginning, and again, in the end. Yet we forget to celebrate it, in every moment we live. Time, days, years, go on, but are we alive? Alive and do not know it, sleeping in the world and dead to the life we are to live. To celebrate all life, the sparrow who sang in the morning, and died in the night, why do we not celebrate its life? To know thyself is to know you are alive – to give, to love, to seek truth, beauty, and suffer pain. In life as it is meant to be, pain is forgotten, and strength is all that’s left to be gained in the moment by moment celebration of life. By Deborah Peabody

  7. Corinne Martelli Relation to Deceased: Sister Love forever Big Brother, so hard without you Bobo. You are always in my heart. I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way.
