Tony Gaudio Relation to Deceased: Friend Thinking back of the good times that we had playing softball with the guys. Charlie always brought a lot of laughter to the group. His spirit will live within us forever. He will truly be missed. God Bless. As we look back over time We find ourselves wondering ….. Did we remember to thank you enough For all you have done for us? For all the times you were by our sides To help and support us ….. To celebrate our successes To understand our problems And accept our defeats? Or for teaching us by your example, The value of hard work, good judgement, Courage and integrity? We wonder if we ever thanked you For the sacrifices you made. To let us have the very best? And for the simple things Like laughter, smiles and times we shared? If we have forgotten to show our Gratitude enough for all the things you did, We’re thanking you now. And we are hoping you knew all along, How much you meant to us.
Tom Brennan Relation to Deceased: Friend I was so sorry to learn about this. Chuck was generous, very hard working, public spirited, and unfailingly good humored. His love of history was something I particularly recall enjoying with him, when we were in more contact in the late 1980s -early 1990s. He was truly a happy warrior in local politics, and his friendliness often caused people to underestimate his skill, toughness, and intelect (which were considerable). The town of Greece should remember and honor the fact that, in his four years on the town board, he was a force for politics that open, ethical, and civil — in the years since we have plenty of reason to understand the importance of that. Beyond all of that he was just a very nice man. When you are in politics, everybody has an opinion about you whether they know you or not. That is as it should be. But I don’t know anyone, who actually knew Chuck, who did not have great affection for him. He leave us too soon, and my prayers are with Sharon, his large family, and even larger family of friends and compatriots. He was quick to smile, to lend support, Chuck was hard working both as a co worker and as a friend. I will miss his presence on this planet. May the road rise to meet you. Robert “Chip” Driggs Relation to Deceased: College roommate and friend My wife and I just returned from a trip to St. Augustine and was going through our mail one of the pieces being the Geneseo Scene and was absolutely “floored” when I saw Charley’s mame listed in the “In Memoriam” section. It was not that long before his passing that “Charley Tuna” surprised us with a phone call letting us know he was living in Florida also. He said he was quite busy with his company at the time but did come to Ocala on occasion and would look us up on his next trip north. Now I know why we never heard from him. I have nothing but the most wonderful memories of my college days and friendship with Chuck. May you rest in piece “roomie”. I will miss you. As we look back over time We find ourselves wondering ….. Chuck was not only one of my husband’s closest friends, but he was his mentor in so many aspects of life. When I think of Chuck, his contagious smile, his heartfelt laugh and his ability to light up the room all immediately come to mind. Chuck was one of the most genuine and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and I truly believe anyone who knew him was better because of it. He will be greatly missed by many….

Chuck Zicari Chuck was the greatest guy on our 2002 campaign. Always smiling and full of laughter and kindness. He was the best politician and a natural but never lost who he was. He was totally grounded and we would all be better off to be more like him. I only regret that I did not spend time with him after our work together in 2002. Our friend Gus West knew better and kept in touch with him regularly. The most ironic thing was that I was looking him up just the week before he passed away to work on a project in Florida and could not find him until Gus filled me in. Chuck you will be missed.

Aleyda McKennon Relation to Deceased: Friend/acquaintace I met Chuck at a Forum just for a short time, but his warm personality and friendship will stay in my life for a long time. His messages of love for others and his leadership abilities were of great inpact in my life. His love for God was evident in his messages. May our Lord Jesus keep “Chuck” in His presence at all times. The passing of his young life was an unbelivable event for me. My love to all his family. Aleyda Safely Home I am home in Heaven dear ones: Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last. Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still; try to look beyond earth shadows, Pray to trust our Father’s will There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand: do it now, while life remaineth you shall rest in Jesus’ land When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; oh the rapture of that meeting, oh the joy to see you come!
