Happy birthday Chris, we will have a donut today in your honor. Say hello to Gramma, grampa, Louie, Laura, Vinny, Angie, Dominic and Sammy. We miss and love you all.
I Never met the man,but I’m very close to his siblings, kids, the widowed wife (Mama), Maoria etc.Frank his son is and I’m proud to say my best friend.I see the wisdom that was past down to his son Frank and his daughters. Such a kind family, giving family. The family put together a very much needed benefit for me after I had a heart attack/surgery over 10 years ago, I’ll externally be grateful for that day and the kindness they continue to give and extend to EVERYONE daily!I wish I met the man that started that great family and business. As I hear the past stories from frank I feel the families loss and pain as I too lost my father to soon.I feel in a way I wanted to pay and show my respect to the the man that help create the family that I know to this day..Rip.Butch Dix
Nancy Murphy Relation to Deceased: friend God puts special people in our lives. The friendship and love of Chris and the Faggiano family have been a wonderful gift to me. Chris loved me like a daughter and it is with a very heavy heart I embrace you all. May the spirit of his beautiful love for you nurture you through the coming days and always. Peace.
Laura R Baker Relation to Deceased: Friend of Francis DiMarzo Maria and Family, so sorry for your loss. I got to meet you and your husband when you owned the deli and what great subs we had… Fran has been a great friend and is family to us. She is my daughter Chantel’s god mother. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you in your time of sorrow…. Love, Laura and Bob Baker (Fran’s friend) The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
JOSEPHINE DIGIORGIO Relation to Deceased: PAESANI FROM VALGUARNERA I WAS AT THE CEMETERY VISITING MY FATHER’S GRAVE(LUCIANO BOLOGNA)…HE PASSED 6 YEARS AGO ON DEC. 3RD ALSO…WE CHATTED FOR A FEW MINUTES. I FEEL THE PAIN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH AND MY HEART GOES OUT FOR YOU ALL. MY MOTHER RECALLS YOUR DAD AND MOM VERY WELL FROM WHEN THEY WOULD VISIT THE FAMILY STORE YEARS AGO AND SHE (SALVATRICE BOLOGNA-VIAVATTENE) OFFERS HER CONDOLENCES ALSO. MAY YOU KEEP YOUR DAD’S LOVE AND MEMORIES ALIVE EACH DAY AS YOU TALK ABOUT HIM AND CONTINUE THE TRADITIONS THAT HE HAD AND ENJOYED. THIS IS THE GREATEST GIFT THAT A LOVED ONE CAN LEAVE US…A LEGACY OF LOVE,HERITAGE AND THEIR LIFE’S WORK. MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND YOU ALL FIND PEACE KNOWING THAT HE HAS TURNED A SMALL CORNER INTO A WORLD THAT IS NOT ALL THAT FAR FROM YOU. HE IS IN SPIRIT, CLOSER THAN YOU THINK…REACH OUT TO HIM EVERY DAY . HE IS IN YOUR HEARTS FOREVER AND THAT WILL NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY. Safely Home I am home in Heaven dear ones: Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last. Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still; try to look beyond earth shadows, Pray to trust our Father’s will There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand: do it now, while life remaineth you shall rest in Jesus’ land When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; oh the rapture of that meeting, oh the joy to see you come!
Barbara A Perrault Relation to Deceased: Close friend of the family. I have known Cristoforo for 30 year plus and I can truly say that he loved his wife and family very much. He was a kind and generous man and will give the you anything that you needed without reservation. Besides being loyal and dedicated to his family, he was the same with his work. I remember all the times that I went to the store and received a warm loving greeting from him. He was unique and loved by all who knew him. I will miss him and well as everyone will. You will be in my thoughts and close in my heart. My love to you my friend. Look upon us now with your forever spirits. I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
