Steve F. Colangelo Relation to Deceased: DAD Dano, It’s Dad. I miss you so much. I learned so much more about you and the kind of MAN you really were, since you left us. I was always proud of you and after hearing all the stories of how you were there for everyone so unselfishly, only makes me prouder. I was overwhelmed by how many people’s lives you touched. I will not only miss my son, I will miss my friend. Thank you for calling me that day. GOD had a plan for you. You were on a faster track than most of us. It really hurts to be without you, but I know you are in a better place. I will be changed forever, but I will be a better man because of you. I will always LOVE & HONOR you. I LOVE YOU….DAD. Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one’s gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, far as long as there is memory, they’ll live on in the heart.
Sarah Romashko-Bevan Spencerport Class of 2003- Dan was a great person, kind, funny and caring. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family. May the road rise to meet you. SANTOS G PABON Relation to Deceased: FRIEND Although we were’nt the best of friends I will always remember “D.J. Smoove D C” and you going on gigs with me and Smoove D. May your family and friends find peace, for you are not here but never forgotten. I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker
Rick Konarski Relation to Deceased: Friend/ Neighbor I met Dan about three years ago when I moved in next door. He was a great friend and neighbor. He helped me work on my motorcycle for hours, and would not take anything in return. He simply enjoyed helping others and working on cars and bikes. He put everyone before himself and will be missed tremendously. I am truly blessed for having the honor and privelage of knowing him. Thank you Dan. God bless you and may God look over your family in this difficult time… The celebration of life, shared in the beginning, and again, in the end. Yet we forget to celebrate it, in every moment we live. Time, days, years, go on, but are we alive? Alive and do not know it, sleeping in the world and dead to the life we are to live. To celebrate all life, the sparrow who sang in the morning, and died in the night, why do we not celebrate its life? To know thyself is to know you are alive – to give, to love, to seek truth, beauty, and suffer pain. Amber M Jenks Relation to Deceased: friend DC was such an amazing friend. He helped people out when they were in need, without thinking twice about it. He will truely be missed, and forever in our hearts. My condolences to his family. He will forever and ever be your gaurdian angel now.
