Greece- On May 9, 2026 peacefully at home surrounded by family just before his 95th birthday. Daniel is predeceased by his beloved wife of 62 years, Joyce V. O’Shea (Doran).He is survived by his children, Daniel G. (Sheryl) O’Shea, Ellen D. O’Shea, & Patricia (Michael Keith) O’Shea-Fournier; grandchildren, Connor (Rachel) O’Shea, Regan O’Shea, Tierney O’Shea, Delaney Fournier, Kennealy Fournier; many nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.

Dan was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He was a proud Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Special thanks to the VA Home Care Team & RRH Home Hospice Team.

Dan’s funeral mass will be celebrated 10:15am, Wednesday, May 13th, at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd. Immediately following, he will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to, Verona Street Animal Society, 184 Verona St., Rochester, NY 14608 in Dan’s memory.
