William Hanna Relation to Deceased: Friend/Classmate Deborah was a friend to all a finer woman you would ever meet…. We will misss you dearly BH I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one, I’d like to leave an afterglow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun. Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
Todd Ingraham Relation to Deceased: Rick Hall I ment Deb just 2 weeks ago while she was watching her Husband Rick play the music that she must also love, my heart goes out to Rick and the rest of the family, I am so sorry. Jim Schwenzer Relation to Deceased: Dear friend Debbie had a beautiful, kind, happy, heart. She loved people, and all of god’s creatures. I remember one time at the cottage, there was a spider in the house. She had a fit when she thought Rick was actually going to hurt it. “Rick, that’s one of god’s creatures, just let him back outside where he belongs”! I would say that speaks volumes for her capacity to care for all beings, great or small. Barbara T. Roides Relation to Deceased: Friend and Co-Worker from Eastman Kodak Co. Dear Family, I was heart broken to learn the news of Debbie’s death. I worked with Debbie in Engineering, Bldg. 23 at Kodak Park for many years and I’ll always remember her as fun loving and hard working. May her spirit be eternal. Barbara Roides The celebration of life, shared in the beginning, and again, in the end. Yet we forget to celebrate it, in every moment we live. Time, days, years, go on, but are we alive? Alive and do not know it, sleeping in the world and dead to the life we are to live. To celebrate all life, the sparrow who sang in the morning, and died in the night, why do we not celebrate its life? To know thyself is to know you are alive – to give, to love, to seek truth, beauty, and suffer pain. In life as it is meant to be, pain is forgotten, and strength is all that’s left to be gained in the moment by moment celebration of life. By Deborah Peabody
