Dawn M Carroll Relation to Deceased: Daughter Mom, Though you left us earlier than anticipated, I”m reflecting on the times that we spent together. In recent months I went with you to Chemo, those were long days, but we were together, talking, laughing & just enjoying eachothers company. I came to put flowers in your pots next to your steps leading up to your apartment. That made you very happy & that was my intention, to make you happy & smile. When I came to visit you, which lately has been more than usual, that made you happy too. So, that’s what I’m trying to do, remember the happy times as many times with you were. I love you very much & i miss you terribly. God bless you mom. : ) I think no matter where you stray, That I shall go with you a way. Though you may wander sweeter lands, You will not forget my hands, Nor yet the way I held my head Nor the tremulous things I said. You will still see me, small and white And smiling, in the secret night, And feel my arms about you when The day comes fluttering back again. I think, no matter where you be, You’ll hold me in your memory And keep my image there without me, By telling later loves about me. Dorothy Parker
