Terry Goodman Relation to Deceased: professiona acquaintance I remember Frank doing a presentation at the Canandaigua Lions Club. I can recall his sincere caring and concern. I also recall the looks on many of the high school students who had been invited to view the program. I think he made an impression on the kids, I know he did on me. The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
Mark T. Wheeler Relation to Deceased: Brother My brother coined the phrase ” Don`t drink and drive, stay alive” . He saw first hand , the devistation that alcohol and driving mixed together caused so… he made a difference. You were ALLWAYS my hero Big Brother! I will miss you but find comfort knowing you are with one hell of a group of angels! This weekend, we celebrate your life Brother! I know you would not want us mopeing around so we will celebrate in your honor. Safely Home I am home in Heaven dear ones: Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beauty in this everlasting light. All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last. Then you must not grieve so sorely, for I love you dearly still; try to look beyond earth shadows, Pray to trust our Father’s will There is work still waiting for you, so you must not idly stand: do it now, while life remaineth you shall rest in Jesus’ land When that work is all completed, He will gently call you Home; oh the rapture of that meeting, oh the joy to see you come!

He will be missed, My sympathies to his family. The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. Dale Smathers Relation to Deceased: Friend In life there are things we do or neglect to do that we regret. One thing I do not regret is having the chance to work with, and become a friend to Frank Wheeler. I do regret not having the chance to let Frank know that I will never forget him. I miss him already and will think about him often. Your friend forever, Dale Smathers The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
Cathy M Tack Relation to Deceased: Little Sister Frankie aka Big Bro~ Frank was the best Big Brother anyone could ask for. Frank loved his wife Patty, his children, and grand children more than words can decribe. Frank was always there for me giving advice on what to do and what not to do. I have often reflected on the time he came over to the house after I got my drivers license. Frank gave a little speech and showed me a few photo’s of accidents with kids my age that lost their lives because of a drinking while driving. I NEVER once took a drink and drove a car because of this, nor did I get in a car with someone that had been drinking. Frank was always making everyone laugh with some sort of goofball behavior, just like Dad~ ~I will miss our talks and silly emails we shared~ ~Thank you for always being there~ Forever in my heart Big Bro!!!! One more time~ Love Ya~Little Sis~ As we look back over time We find ourselves wondering ….. Did we remember to thank you enough For all you have done for us? For all the times you were by our sides To help and support us ….. To celebrate our successes To understand our problems And accept our defeats? Or for teaching us by your example, The value of hard work, good judgement, Courage and integrity? We wonder if we ever thanked you For the sacrifices you made. To let us have the very best? And for the simple things Like laughter, smiles and times we shared? If we have forgotten to show our Gratitude enough for all the things you did, We’re thanking you now. And we are hoping you knew all along, How much you meant to us.
Beth Dunch Relation to Deceased: Friend I was very saddened to hear Frank had died. I would have enjoyed seeing him one more time. When we were friends back in the 90’s hanging around together with his other friend Doug. We sure had some fun. Grumpy and I seemed to always enjoy his sick sense of humor. He never failed to make me laugh at life, he made life Fun!! I will only remember him with love. Go forward and be free my friend.
I miss you Big brother~
