When Fred graduated from High School, he enlisted in the Army at the age of 18. Was in WWII from 1942 to 1945. While in the Army, Fred received a Purple Heart. When he returned home, he went to work for Delco Products. He worked there for over 30 years, as a Supervisor. While there, he met Anna Marie Fasano, in 1968 along with her children and they were married January 2, 1969.
Fred enjoyed being with his family and their Sunday Dinners. He liked golf, and he played daily, and playing poker, he even traveled to casinos. He was a coin collector, he loved ice cream, he was a Mr. Fix It. He liked to play solitaire, pogo, euchre and enjoyed going out to dinner with friends. He was a fan of country music and a fan of Jack Nicholas. The best way to describe Fred is that he was a hard working man, he was humble, quiet, but social, he was a great listener and he always put others first. He was a great man and will be missed by all who new him.
