He graduated from Sperry High School (1982), the University of Notre Dame (1986) and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (1989) where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He was a partner at Forsyth, Howe, O'Dwyer, Kalb, and Murphy where he spent his entire 26-year legal career, and was a member of the Monroe County and New York State Bar Associations. Jerry played saxophone in the famed University of Notre Dame marching band. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout and he served in leadership positions for his son's Cub Scout pack and Boy Scout troop. He was actively involved at Holy Cross Church where he was a member of the Parish Council. Jerry was a triathlete who especially loved and excelled at swimming. He also enjoyed skiing, hiking and socializing with Bonnie. Special thanks to Jennifer Serventi and her colleagues at Dr. Nimish Mohile's office for their dedicated care of Jerry.
