My love and sympathy to the Monaghan family for their loss. Trudy is gone but, her love carries on through her children and then theirs and theirs and theirs, etc.
The world is a better place because of her efforts and the mark she left behind on all that knew her.
Trudy so sad that you had to leave us so soon! I know you are in heaven.
Say hello to my sister Rose from me. Enjoy eternity with the angels and the Lord! You will be missed.
how blessed I am to have been a part of such a loving wonderful family. My memories will always be of the laughter, the kindness the warm open welcome to whomever entered the Monaghan’s life. One could always count on after a good day of fishing at the Island’s the best dinner ever – and oh the deserts!!!
My heart aches for all of you, Mr. Monaghan, Theresa, Dan, Mike, Kevin, Ellen, Anne & Joe – You all are in my thoughts, may you soon find comfort in the memory of all the beautiful times your shared together.
In the late 60’s/early 70’s I was a latch key kid. My dad worked a lot of evenings and mom didn’t get home until a couple hours after school let up.
It was always a comfort to me and I am sure to my mom to know that Trudy was right next door should a need arise like the occasional lock out and the time I smelled gas when I walked in the house.
