You were such a great man. You hold a special place in all of our hearts! Hope you have great times with your brother and your parents. See you soon when we are all reunited at home again! Love you and miss you so much!
You were the best Uncle. Thank You for everything. You always had the best advice and you were always there when we needed help. You were there when your brother needed you. You will be greatly missed, but not forgotten. We know you’re in a much better place and not alone, with your mom, dad, brother, niece and brother-in-law. Until we see you again…. We all love you, dearly.
The picture of you displays the shining light of your soul. I will always remember the love & laughter in your home. You will live on in the heart of all your family members and friends. My father told me stories of your strength and bravery. God Bless you, Uncle Harold and rest in peace.
Uncle Harold, I will miss your sense of humor NO DOUBT. All the memories as a child in your house with Aunt Virginia Gail and Joan…and also Christmas Eve (who could forget?) I am soooooooo glad I sat across from you at my very 1st “Cousins Luncheon” this summer. You are with Gramma Fern/Papa Tony/Uncle Joe…also Papa Sal, give them a big hug and kiss for me please! You are missed deeply and your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Don’t you worry about “Betty and Maude” we have a lot of people to help Aunt Virginia and your sister Betty! XoXoXo God bless…Valerie , Scott and Courtney
I loved this man from when I was a child, in grammar school with Joan and Gail. I say he was my best customer at Wegmans where we all worked as close close frinds. RIP Mr. V…Bod bless…
Uncle Harold, I am sorry to see you go! The last 3 plus months has been hell on you and your family with the many ups and downs.
I stopped praying for you yesterday because you are in a better place, I know IT! I started praying for aunt Virginia, Gail and Joan and your grand children. There is so much for the to adjust to now. Say hello to grandpa & grandma for me and tell them I still miss them much.
I am so glad I saw you last week, and at the wedding last October and to visit with you and everyone at my sister’s home.
I love you and miss you!

I remember uncle Harold, my dad, brother and I deer hunting years ago down near hornell and alfred, NY. That was the first time I say anyone put salt into a beer, Genny beer. Yes uncle Harold did that.
Another hunting trip with him and my dad. Dad & I went one way into the woods and uncke Harlold went another way… After hours we hear bang, gang…bang, bang. Then a long pause. A little while taler we hear a car horn blowing and blowing and blowing. I said, Dad it sounds like your car. So we decided to go back to the car and sure enough it was uncle Harold. He said he got a deer. We followed him back into the woods and YES he did get one. He was so proud. Dad & I looked I whispered, dad, it looks like a deer but its the size of a german shepard! My old man started laughing and then started busting on uncle Harold about the size.
Uncle Harold had the last laugh because he got my father to gut and dress the deer for him.
I forgot of this story until just now. I must have been 16 at the time.
I remember we all laughed our asses off all the way home.
Uncle Harold, You are missed more than words can say! I have wonderful memories of you, as well as the special times we shared as a family,on Christmas Eve throughout the years. May the Peace of God be with you always. I love you!
Uncle Harold you will be truly missed, I know you have found peace and not hurting any more. I wish I could have spent more time with you, but I know this is not good bye. Until we meet again.
I don’t have a lot of memories with Harold, but many with his amazing daughter Joanie. We have a lot in common, in that our fathers have been our rock and we are daddy’s girls. We adore and look up to our dads and just the thought of them not being in our lives is more than heartbreaking. My heart is breaking for the entire family and my prayers are with you all.
Uncle Harold you were always kind, loving and generous to us.your dry humor was the best. As i was growing up i could always count on you, to show me how to fix something.when ever there was a problem my dad and you were always there to the rescue.you will be deeply missed by all of us! But with out a doubt ,I know you are in Heaven!!!!! God wanted another Great Angel ! I will always remember you and the great times! love ya! Gary, Lisa,Salvatore and Kristin!
I will always remember, and love you
