Ruth BROWN Relation to Deceased: PATIENT MOTHER Many times I look at my four children and Say “God bless Dr. Jack Conelly.” In many instances he indeed saved their lives. Just last month, I took two of my grandchildren to their pediatrician as we were chagrined at returning the third time with the same symptons and only getting worse. I mentioned doctor by name and said I wish they could have a doctor like you. They did not want to mess with Grandma. This is not the only time I had sang your praises we will continue to miss you as the best doctor EVER. God speed Dr. Connelly! The butterfly emerges from its silken shell- Reborn, it arises, no longer bound to earth. Free at last, the butterfly glides to heights unknown before. So do our loved ones find a beautiful release as, earthbound no more, they leave our sight and joyfully rise to a garden of matchless beauty, a place of light and peace. -Evelyn Phillips
